Corinne Mary Fitzgibbon

Corinne M. Fitzgibbon, 83, Neenah, rests with the angels after a brief illness. She was born May 25, 1930, in Menasha, daughter of George and Margueritte (Lecomte) Weisgerber. Corinne enjoyed time spent with her grandchildren, playing tennis and golf. She will be remembered for once bowling a 200 point game. Corinne worked at Germania Hall, Menasha. She would use her talents and skills to teach anyone how to make the best perogies. She was a Martha Stewart before her time, gardening and cooking were her passions. She loved hanging laundry outside on a beautiful day. Corinne will be forever remembered for her ginger cream cookies. Most of all, she loved her grandchildren immensely.

Corinne is survived by her husband, Arthur Klepps and his family, Neenah; sons: Paul (Sally) Fitzgibbon, Neenah; Chuck (Debbie) Fitzgibbon, Menasha; daughter: Emily (Tom) Dick, Augusta, GA; and Laurie (Richard) Diamond, Ocean View, DE; grandchildren: Adam (Elizabeth) Fitzgibbon, John (special friend Andrea Delgado) Fitzgibbon, Kayla Fitzgibbon, Megan Fitzgibbon, Marissa (special friend Nick) Fitzgibbon, and Erin (fiancé Josh Pielak-Bang) Riccardo; a brother: George Weisgerber; many other relatives, and friends.

Corinne was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Warren Fitzgibbon; son: Michael Fitzgibbon; granddaughter: Carrie Michelle Dick; brother: Thomas Weisgerber; and the recent passing of her beloved sister Marge Newcomb.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, March 15, 2014, at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, 620 Division St., Neenah, with Fr. Michael Ingold officiating. Entombment will take place at Greenlawn Memorial Park, Neenah. Visitation will be Saturday at the church from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the mass.
