Marcia Irene (Koch) Swilley, 67 of Appleton died Wednesday May 21, 2014, as a result of an auto accident. She was born February 13, 1947 in Neillsville, daughter of the late Marcus and Irene (Meissner) Koch.
Marcia worked at Kimberly Clark for over 20 years as an executive secretary. She loved to travel and took several road trips through the western states. She lived in Japan for several years, northern California and Nevada. Some of her favorite hobbies were photography, such as taking photos of the Wisconsin countryside. She also enjoyed sewing, and she recently became a Green Bay Packer fan. Marcia was a very spiritual person who cherished the time she was able to spend with her family and friends.
Marcia is survived by a sister, Milli (Bill) Taddy, Two Rivers, WI; two brothers, Al Koch, Thousand Oaks, CA; and Dan Koch, Indianapolis IN; and many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great-great nieces, and great-great nephews. She was further preceded in death by a sister Sarah Peterson; brother, Phillip Koch; and nephew, Steven Peterson.
A memorial service for Marcia will be announced for a later date.
