Routhieaux, William H. "Bill"

God took William "Bill" Harold Routhieaux to his Heavenly home on Sunday June 15, 2014. He was born November 12, 1954, in Green Bay, son of Harold and Marguerite (Tourville) Routhieaux.

Bill served his country honorably in the U.S. Marine Corps. He was a member of American Legion Post #38, Appleton. Bill enjoyed bicycling, and listening to music. He was an avid sports fan, whether it was NASCAR, baseball, or football, he enjoyed them all.

Bill is survived by his parents, Harold (Marguerite), Clintonville; his special friend, Beatrice Portillo, Appleton; two sisters, Valerie Routhieaux, Green Bay, and Vickie (Steve) Rand, Oshkosh; a brother, Roy (Christina), Seymour; eight nieces and nephews, three great-nieces and nephews, and a great-great niece; Bill is further survived by several aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Harold and Viola Routhieaux; and his maternal grandparents, Claude and Clara Tourville.

Memorial service for Bill will be 11:00 AM on Thursday June 19, 2014 at VALLEY FUNERAL HOME, with Rev. Ricky Schroeder of Peace Lutheran Church, Neenah, officiating. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Thursday beginning at 10:00 AM until the time of service. Burial will be at King Veterans Cemetery, on Thursday at 2:30 PM with full military honors.

Bill's family would like to thank the entire staff at both Manor Care Health, and St. Elizabeth Hospital I.C.U. for all of their care and compassion.
