Mary A. Beyer, age 65, of Brillion, passed away on Wednesday, July 3, 2013 at Manitowoc Health and Rehab surrounded by her family.

Mary was born on March 13, 1948 in Manitowoc, daughter of the late Regobert and Dorothy (Buechel) Weinreis. She graduated from Brillion High School, class of 1966. On April 27, 1968, she married Robert Beyer at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Brillion. He preceded her in death on November 21, 1982. Mary throughout the years, worked at Chilton Metal, Brillion Cannery, a book factory in Menasha, and most recently Professional Plating Inc. in Brillion before retirement. She was a loyal, hometown woman, and she enjoyed patronizing local establishments like Shakers and K & J Bar, shaking dice, and especially loved spending time with her family and friends.
Mary is survived by her two children: Robin (special friend Ron Rauens) Landa and Darcey Beyer; four grandchildren: James Landa, Olivia, Taylor and Logan Beyer; her siblings: Jane Ponkratz, John Weinreis, Betty (Raymond) Gegare, Karen (Tom) Bonfigt, Geoff (Debbie) Weinreis, David (Sheri) Weinreis, and Mark Weinreis; four sisters-in-law: Connie (Skip) Plisch, Helen (Bob) Vocha, Virginia (Ross) Zahn, and Nancy Bosin; one brother-in-law: Roger (Ginny) Beyer; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Bob, her parents, her in-laws: Martin and LaVerne (Wincensen) Beyer; one sister and four brothers-in-law: Peggy (Donnie) Nett, Clayton Ponkratz, Jerry Beyer, Jim Beyer; one sister-in-law: Judy Weinreis; two nephews: Justin Bonfigt and Cory Beyer, and special friend Elver Krueger.
Funeral Service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 9, 2013 at the Wieting Funeral Home in Brillion. Burial will be at Brillion Community Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 3:00 p.m. until the time of the service at 7:00 p.m.
