Jacqueline Marie Anderson (Clark)
Jac, of Menasha, age 77, passed away on January 20, 2014. She was born January 11, 1937 in Neenah, Wisconsin Jac graduated from Oshkosh High School in 1956. Survivors include her husband, Loren, Siblings William (Char) Clark and Bruce Clark of Oshkosh, Donna J. Clark, Reno, NV, sister-in-law, Janice Clark, Puyallup, WA and close relations Jean and Ken Laurence (Harleysville, PA). Also many nieces, nephews and grand nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son, James Petty, parents Otto and Lorraine (Wenrich) Clark, infant brother Eugene, brother Roger, and sister Jean Gust, Michigan.
Jac was a prolific poet and member of the Door County poets and Fox Valley poets. She has published many of poems, some of which can be found Good Old Days Magazine, Fox Cry, and FoxValley Literary Magazine (published by Univ of Wisconsin). She could often be found reading her and others poetry at Conkey's Book Store. Many of her poems were written while in her backyard swing and certainly during her many travels. She loved music, the theater, singing, reading, animals, outdoors and her collection of hats, unicorns, and teapots. She was also helping others and stood up for what was right. She left her heart in Tacoma Washington and Mt Ranier.
As Jac requested there will be no memorial service. Westgor Funeral Home, Neenah is assisting the family. (920)722-7151
