CARSON KAY B.
Age 90, of Pittsburgh, passed away on November 16, 2012. Beloved wife of the late John (Jack) Carson; loving mother of John (Barbara) Carson and Bonnie (Jack) Thiel; proud grandmother of John J. (Carrie) Carson, Jill (Matt) Rennels, Brandon and Ryan Thiel; and great-grandmother of Avery, Chloe, Kaylee, Gracie, and Sabrina; sister of Mary Sullivan, Fran Lengyel, and the late John Berjanski, Michael Berjanski, Ann Charles, Stella Carrier ,and Rose Ditillo. Services are private, arrangements entrusted to the JEFFERSON MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME INC. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank or Forbes Hospice at West Penn Hospital.

I loved her like a mother! She was my neighbor for 7 years. I lived across the creek, got married and would visit once a year. On my last visit, end of February, found her home occupied by a young man... my heart sank. Kay, rest in peace. You will always have a place in my heart.
