LEY ANTOINETTE S. (TUMINELLO) Age 80, of McKees Rocks, formerly of Avalon, passed away Friday, January 30, 2015. She was the loving wife of the late John E. Ley; beloved mother of Carlene A. (Dennis) Czopek, Barbara J. Wadlow, James V. (Jan) Dusch and Cletus (Kim) Ley; also survived by six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and sisters, Theresa Macstuttis and Ann Lynch. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by siblings, Jean Smith and Arthur Tuminello. Prior to her retirement, Antoinette worked as a waitress and a cook. She attended Life Pittsburgh and enjoyed playing bingo, cooking and baking for family and friends, and all sorts of crafts. Friends will be received Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. in the ORION C. LUCKHARDT Ph.D., JOAN COOK  
LUCKHARDT JOAN COOK, Ph.D., Educator Joan Luckhardt was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 1942 and passed away January 25, 2015, of a very rare, aggressive and viral-caused skin cancer known as Merkle Cell Carcinoma. Joan had many careers and interests. A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and Rutgers University. Joan taught anthropology, art and environmental dangers at all educational levels from graduate, community, to pre-school. Among them Teen Arts, and when on the faculty of UMDNJ, preventing lead poisoning and promoting healthy homes. After retirement, Joan was active in community activities as a founding member of the Dayton Village Citizens Coalition, and in showing her Golden Retrievers, Phlaire and Dennis, in obedience and tracking. Joan's hobbies included gardening as well as silversmithing, painting, and sculpture. Joan is survived by her husband of nearly 40 years, Robert K. Tucker; her stepchildren, Katy Tucker and Lee Tucker Therriault, and Dr. Goga Dukovic and Dr. Danijel Djukovic, who came to the family during the Bosnian war; as well as grandchildren, Zoe and Eli Tucker-Borrut. She is also survived by her brothers, John Louis Luckhardt of Pittsburgh, Louis Conrad Luckhardt of Ennis, Texas, and William Wade Luckhardt of Danville, California, their wives; and her nieces and nephews, Allyson Eckenrode, Jessica Whyte, Tommy, Doug and Mathew, Bradley, Alexander Luckhardt; and great-nieces, Reese, Mattie, and Piper. A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, March 1, 2015, 2:30 p.m., at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Princeton, 50 Cherry Hill Rd., Princeton, NJ. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to either the Golden Retriever Foundation, POB 3462, Omaha, NE 68102, which supports research into canine and human cancer, or to Institutional Advancement, Fox Chase Cancer Center, 333 Cottman Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19111. MEEHAN JOHN DONALD Age 84, of Murrysville, PA, peacefully on Thursday, January 29, 2015. Beloved husband of 63 years to Doris (Jack) Meehan; devoted father of Donna Pisani, Patrick (Rosemarie) Meehan and Erin Lynn (James) Daugherty; seven grandchildren, Lisa (Dan) Stettmier, Lauren Pisani, Sean, Joshua, and Tricia Meehan, James (Melissa) Daugherty, Brittney (Travis) Armstrong; and two great-grandchildren, Aicen Armstrong and Luca Daugherty. John was a US Navy Korean War veteran and an employee of AT&T for 39 years. He loved Florida, and spent 20 years of his retirement winters in Ft. Myers. MOCKENHAUPT, INGEBURG (WENZ) - Blawnox  
MOCKENHAUPT INGEBURG (WENZ) Died on January 15, 2015, Ingeburg Esther Elizabeth (Wenz) Mockenhaupt, aged 93, at Longwood at Oakmont. She was born on August 11, 1921, in Sölingen, Germany, the daughter of Hermann and Mina (Becker) Wenz. Her family arrived in New York, NY in 1926, and she was a resident of the Pittsburgh area from the time of their arrival until her death. On August 23, 1947, she married Alban Mockenhaupt, who passed away on June 24, 2003. They raised their family in O'Hara Township, Inge moving to Longwood after her husband's death. Inge was devoted to her family and friends. She was a Charter Member of the Fox Chapel Presbyterian Church, where she served with CONTACT and with Stephen Ministry and volunteered for many church activities. She was employed at Burke Marketing Research for many years, and after retirement, she was involved in child care in O'Hara Township. She enjoyed crafts and quilting. Inge was preceded in death by her parents; and one sister, Hildegard (John) Amuso. She is survived by one sister, Marguerite (Nevin) Rinaman of Wexford; a son, Ronald (Linda) Mockenhaupt of Oakmont, PA; and three daughters, Karen (Bob) Richey of Keswick, VA, Christal Mockenhaupt (Anthony Edmonds) of Media, PA, and Robin Mockenhaupt (Ralph Popp) of Robbinsville, NJ; a loving grandson; and step-grandchildren, Kieran Edmonds, Shawn Cleveland, Chatara Meyer, Kara Shafer and Kristen Popp, their children; and many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on February 1, 2015, in the Ballroom at Longwood at Oakmont, 500 Route 909, Verona, PA.
