A Sewickley native and Quaker Valley High School graduate, died suddenly Monday, November 19, 2012 at his home in Sewickley. Henry was a Master Plumber who owned and operated Henry's Service, LLC. Known as a superior craftsman with an excellent work ethic, he did both residential and commercial jobs and considered himself "on call" to grateful homeowners and businesses throughout the Sewickley Valley. He had a passion for the outdoors and for animals, especially horses and English Mastiffs, and enjoyed vacationing in the Outer Banks. Henry is survived, remembered and deeply missed by his mother, Meghan MacDonald and her husband Edward Hyde; his father, Allen Dufala and his wife, Kristin Smith-Dufala; a sister, Lucy Dufala; grandparents, Arthur and Dorothy Dufala; grandmother, Eleanor Jean MacDonald; and his aunts and uncles, Karen and Bob Hayes, Judith and Joe Beall, D.J. and Rick Patella, Amy and Terry Aderhold, Andrew Greller and Caroline Coyle-Greller, Elizabeth R. Greller and Andrew MacDonald. Henry was preceded in death by his infant brother; a grandfather, Albert C. MacDonald; and an uncle, Todd MacDonald. Memorial visitation is from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., Friday, November 23 at COPELAND'S FUNERAL HOME in Sewickley. Memorial contributions can be made to honor Henry's love of animals.
