Of Beechview, age 86, passed away peacefully at home, on January 31, 2014, surrounded by her loving family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Michael L. Feldmeier and Mary (Tubridy) Feldmeier; and her brothers, Michael Feldmeier and John (Jack) Feldmeier. She was married on August 9, 1945, to the late Joseph H. Walker, a former City of Pittsburgh Detective and World War II Purple Heart recipient. Ann is survived by her children, Joseph M. Walker, Joann (Matthew) Dailey, Michael L. (Kathleen) Walker, and Lawrence J. Walker; she is also survived by her grandchildren, Michael Walker, Jeremy (Ellen) Minnier, Lisa (Doug) McLand, Kevin (Jennifer) Walker, and Scott Walker. She was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Jennifer Minnier. Ann also is survived by her five great- grandchildren, Kody Minnier, Mason Minnier, Shamus Minnier, Elle McLand and Smith McLand; and her pet and faithful companion, Maddie. Ann worked at Dormont Oldsmobile for many years prior to opening Walker's Pub in Dormont. Ann enjoyed the hospitality business and serving the local clientele. She became well known for her home style cooking and friendly personality. Ann returned to the auto industry working at Bob Smith Ford until she retired. After retirement, Ann worked with her son, Larry, at Richard Lawrence Interior, in sales and accounting. Funeral arrangements by BEINHAUERS.
