Toni Drobycki known as Sister Toni has been touching the lives of inmates, staff, and volunteers at the Allegheny County Jail since 1987 serving in prison ministry. Toni's dedication to working among the poor led her to be the recipient of the United Ways Volunteer of the Year Award in 1992. Toni was also a representative of the Jubilee Associates, a Eucharistic Minister, and employee in the meat department of a former A&P in Crafton and Bridgeville, and also an active member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church.
