Age 92, of Zelienople, formerly of Bellevue and Franklin Park, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, Jan. 6, 2013 at Good Samaritan Hospice House. She was born in Pittsburgh on Dec. 21, 1920 to the late Daniel and Marcella (Hufschmidt) Dillman. On Dec. 12, 1995, she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 49 years, John E. Kicher. Beloved mother of Marcia Caldwell (Robert) of Ingomar, Janet Wood (Larry) of Plum Boro, and John Kicher (Mary Kay) of Mt. Nebo; cherished sister of Daniel Dillman of Zelienople; proud grandmother of seven; and soon to be a great-grandmother. She was a member of Franklin Park Women's Club. She volunteered at Franklin Park Recreation Board and was Secretary of McCandless/Franklin Park Ambulance. She was co-owner of Kicher Duplicating Service begun with her husband in 1949 and now carried on by her son John. Visitation Thursday 2-4, 7-9 at COPELAND'S SEWICKLEY, 702 Beaver St. Further visitation Friday from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. at the Chapel at Passavant Retirement Community, 401 S. Main St., Zelienople, PA 16063, Pastor Wilfred Goetze officiating. Burial will follow in Highwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, family welcomes donations in her name to Lutheran Senior Life Foundation, Children's Home of Pittsburgh, or Good Samaritan Hospice House.
