Upon the passing of Debra Ann Fouch, the angels were crying from heaven, and skies opened up with rain, knowing that the earth was about to lose an extraordinary person. When Debbie passed and went to heaven the angels rejoiced and the sun shone brightly. Debbie truly loved her friends and family, as they loved her. She was generous with her love, time, and energy for others. Debbie's life in Pittsburgh was spent caring for children of all ages, creating for them a home of warmth, fun, laughter and adventure. Debbie and Tom, married for 37 years, made sure their home was always welcoming to friends, family and pets. Debbie's friends from around the city knew they could rely on her for a long phone call, a trip to Eat 'n' Park, or a shopping jaunt to TJ Maxx. Debbie had a thoughtful way of sharing her opinion that made friends and strangers alike seek her out when they needed a perspective they could trust. Debbie will be remembered for her loving nature, her quick wit, and her generous spirit. She loved animals (except horses), a Superburger shared with Tom, trips to Volant, Ligonier and spending time with her family and friends. She passed away on Friday, April 4, 2014, with Tom at her side, and family and friends who loved her immensely. She is survived by her husband Tom, her son Brian (Jen), grandson Ethan and his mother Monica, her mother Sara, sisters Sally and Lynne, and her bonus children Anna, Ben and Julia.
