84, of Harmar Twp., passed away at Consulate Health Care, Indiana Twp. on January 6, 2014. He was born in Pittsburgh on March 31, 1929 to the late William and Leona Nolan Cummings and has been a lifelong member of the community. He served in the United States Navy during the Korean War. Harry was a faithful member of St. Pio's Roman Catholic Church in Harmar and also of The Knight's of Columbus & Equity. Survivors Include sons, Shawn Cummings of Natrona Heights, Scott Cummings of Millvale; five grandchildren, Gavin, Carli, Kasey, Kyle and Madelyn Cummings. Besides his parents, he was also preceded in death by grandson, Michael Cummings and one brother and one sister. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. in the CHARLES B. JARVIE CHESWICK FUNERAL HOME, INC., 1607 Pgh. St. with Mass of Christian burial to be held Thursday at 10:30 a.m. in St. Pio's Church, Harmar, and burial to follow in St. Marys Cemetery, O'Hara Twp.
