HERBERT C. BELL III(1936 - 2014)

77, of Beaver Falls, died Saturday, March 8, 2014, in his home. Born June 11, 1936, in Sewickley, he was the son of the late Herbert C., Jr. and Margaret Begley Bell Wilson. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and served in the Army Artillery. He had retired from Horsehead Corporation where he had been the maintenance superintendent. He was a Mason, member of Parian Lodge No. 662, Beaver Falls, the Syria Shrine, and Beaver County Caravan No. 18. He was a past president of the Beaver Falls Kiwanis Club and a founding member of the Community Concert Series. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Sandra Stuck. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Leona Dreyfus Bell; a sister and brother-in-law, Peggy Ann and Edward Breznai, Indiana, PA; a brother and sister-in-law, Charles and Alice Bell, Phoenix, AZ; two sisters-in-law and a brother-in-law, Mitzi and Richard Wallace, Patterson Township, and Rachel Coltin, Beaver. Friends will be received Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in the HILL & KUNSELMAN FUNERAL HOME, www.hillandkunselman.com., 3801 Fourth Ave., College Hill, Beaver Falls. The Funeral Service will be private. Private interment in Sylvania Hills Cemetery. There will be a Masonic Service on Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. in the funeral home.
