Born May 20, 1940, in Dayton, PA, she was the daughter of the late Charles R. and Ruth (Smail) Harkleroad. Janet was an active square dancer with the "Tea cup Squares," she enjoyed gardening, decorating for the holidays, family and grandchildren. She worked at various places, including Gimbels, First Federal Bank and Auld Brothers Lumber. Her love of chocolate was only surpassed by her love for her grandchildren. She is survived by her two sons, Kevin (Kathy) Foreman and Todd (Joy) Foreman, both of Shaler Township; three granddaughters, Ashley, Caitlin and Kayla; and sister, Rhonda Damm. Janet's family will welcome friends from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, February 25, 2014, at the KING FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, LLC, 2841 Woodland Circle in Allison Park. A Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, February 26, 2014, at the King Funeral Home, with Rev. Jeffrey Potter, officiating.
