Age 67, of Fox Chapel passed away on May 11, 2013. Husband of Judith Conley Stafford; father of John, Jr. and his wife Tonya of Raleigh, Margaret Delfausse and her husband Shawn of Atlanta, Michael, and Joseph, both of Pittsburgh; beloved grandfather of Hannah, Briley, Kelsie, and Tripp Stafford and Leah, CJ, and Coby Delfausse; and brother of Dr. Regis Stafford. He was preceded in death by his parents Henry and Margaret McGee Stafford and his brother, Edward. John was a 1968 graduate of the University of Notre Dame and an active member of the Notre Dame Club of Pittsburgh. He served on the National Alumni Board of Notre Dame and its Senior Alumni Board. He also received his MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. John was a former shareholder at Schneider Downs, Inc. and was the current President of Ruby R. Consulting, Inc. He was a board member at the DePaul School for Hearing and Speech and was its current treasurer. He enjoyed golf at the Pittsburgh Field Club, cheering for the Irish and the Steelers, and, most of all, time spent with his family. Friends will be received at JOHN A.
