Age 87, of Fox Chapel, passed on June 24, 2014. He was born in Zabrzeg, Poland to the late Frank and Anna Maska. Rudolf was a World War II veteran having served in Poland and England. He was employed in the United States by PPG Industries and Koppers for over 35 years as a chemist, having been awarded several patents. He was also a member of the American Chemical Society and the Veterans of Foreign Wars. Rudolf was a long time and faithful member of St. Mary's parish in Glenshaw, PA. He was also active in the Polish community in Pittsburgh and the Polish Cultural Council. Rudolf will be sadly missed by his loving family, his wife, Krystyna; daughters, Yvonne and Lydia; sons-in-law, Paul and Jeff; grandchildren, Alex, Bella and Julia; and brother, Wiktor; and numerous nieces and nephews and sisters-in-law. He was predeceased by his brothers, Frank, Anthony and Joseph; and his parents, Frank and Anna Maska. A Memorial Service will be planned later in July, 2014.
