Resident of Sheraden, peacefully on Sat., Feb. 2, 2013. Beloved husband of 64 years to Dorothy (Kasper) Dugan; loving father of Jeanne (John) Lyon, James (Susan) Dugan, and Donna (James) Stine; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; brother of the late William and Harry Dugan; Tom was a WWII veteran with the U.S. Navy, and a former Lt., with the City of Pittsburgh Fire Dept. for over 34 years, where he was a well known member of the Scuba Rescue Team. Visitation Mon., 1-3 and 6-8 p.m. at the SCHEPNER - McDERMOTT FUNERAL HOME, 165 Noble Ave., Crafton. Mass of Christian Burial 12:30 p.m. Tues., at the Ascension Roman Catholic Church, 114 Berry Street, Pgh., PA 15205, where Tom was a founding member and where memorial contributions may be made in lieu of flowers. Interment will be at the National Cemetery of The Alleghenies with Military Honors.
