Dear Tim, Jane and Janice,
I'm so sorry for your loss. Your Dad was a great guy and a big help to me at PPG. I used to call Bill the "salesman's salesman" who always knew the customer's kids' names, their dog's name, etc. He always spoke of his kids with pride, and Bill will be missed.

Dear Tim, Jane and Janice. I have fond memories of your Dad, especially the most recent ones when he lived with my folks at Friendship Willage. Please accept my deepest sympathy.
