Leon Gottlieb Obituary
Of Squirrel Hill died Wednesday, February 20, 2008. A veteran of WWII, he was the beloved husband of the late Annabelle Gottlieb; father of Debbie Gottlieb and Dr. Richard (Sue) Gottlieb; devoted grandfather of Andrew Gottlieb and Jourdan Gottlieb. Leon was employed by the Morris Paper Co. for more than forty years. Friends will be received Friday, 2:00-2:30 P.M. at the BURTON L. HIRSCH FUNERAL HOME, INC., 2704 Murray Avenue, Squirrel Hill (412-521-2600) where funeral service will be held Friday 2:30 P.M. in the chapel. Interment Temple Sinai Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made in Mr. Gottlieb's memory to Beth Shalom Congregation, 5915 Beacon Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15217.

Dear Rick, Debbie, Sue and family,
I was truly saddened to hear of your father's passing. He was such a sweet and caring man and so proud of all that his children accomplished. I will always hold dear to my heart the time I spent with both of your parents. My visits with them when Shane was just a little guy were a joy. I will keep you all in my prayers.
