On Sunday, September 28, 2008; Beloved husband of Selma Weiss. Beloved father of Dr. Mitchell (Dr. Kim Nichols) Weiss of Philadelphia, PA, Laurie (Tim) Aines of Chicago, IL, and Stefanie Weiss of New York, NY. Brother of the Late Max Weiss, Danny Weiss, and Lillian Leach. Beloved "Grandpa" of Isabel Furtsch, Meghan Aines, Samantha Weiss, and Max Weiss. Uncle of Ira Weiss. Mr. Weiss was the former owner of Maryland Pharmacy and Rosen Drug Store. He will be remembered by his family, friends and former customers for his integrity and loyalty and sense of humor. Services at RALPH SCHUGAR CHAPEL, INC., 5509 Centre Avenue, Shadyside on Monday at 12 Noon. Visitation one hour prior to services (11 AM - 12 Noon). Interment Homewood Cemetery/Star of David Section. Contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, 320 Bilmar Drive, Pgh., PA 15205 or a charity of the donor's choice.

I only learned of your loss this afternoon while visiting the cemetery. Harry is buried just a few feet from my mother, who died November 29. I have warm memories of him; I know he was deeply loved and must be terribly missed. May his memory be a blessing.

I was shocked and saddened by the news of the loss of Yock (Harry)!!!! I found out during the funeral, If I would have known I would have been there Selma. He will be missed!!!
