I went to Phil's Archery most of my life because my father archery hunted and got me into the sport and he always went only to Phil's said he was the best so I did and was never disappointed. The shop never changed from the 70's. Its weird that Phil pasted two days before my father.

I only knew Phil from his archery shop. As such, i obviously did not know him very well. What i can say is that Phil was a pioneer in archery's beginnings. Visiting his shop and learning about his hunting experiences was character building for me. His help with getting me started in archery was immense and for that i am grateful. My sincere condolences to his family.

My deepest sympathies to Phil's family, I know him through the archery shop , he was a great guy and not many people from Pgh. who are archers don't know him. It was always great to run into him on the 3 d range , he will be surely missed . Rest in Peace Phil travel well
