DUER ELIZABETH (ENGLISH)
96, of West Deer Township, PA, formerly of Berwyn, PA, died on Sunday, September 30, 2012 in Concordia at Rebecca Residence, Allison Park, PA. She was born in Philadelphia, PA to the late Charles Clement and Edith (Cresson) English. Mrs. Duer was a beloved family matriarch, volunteer, Brownie troop leader, and world traveler. She is survived by her daughter, Debbie (Alex) Howson of Hampton Twp.; son, John Duer of Ardmore, PA; ten grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; two nieces and two nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Edward L. Duer; sister, Edith English; brother, Clem English; stepchildren, Nancy Poppe, Joan Gilkyson, Pete Duer; and grandson, Tom Howson. A Memorial Service will be set at a later date.
