Age 19, of Allentown, on Saturday, October 22, 2016. Beloved son of Kelly Fields, fiancé of Casey Jo Morton. Dear brother of Justin, Branden, Ray, Mackenzie and Jadynn. Also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Friends welcome Thursday 2-4 and 6 until time of Blessing Service at 8 p.m. at WM. SLATER & SONS, INC. (412-381-3445) 301 Virginia Avenue, Mt Washington, PA 15211. Memorial donations to the family to be used for his and Casey's unborn son, John Cassidy Davern, Jr.

Kel Im so sorry thatI couldnt make it tonight you are all in my prayers,my heart is broken for you I cant imagine what you must be going through. Please know this casssidy was a good boy.Im going to remember him in his diapers screaming and yelling,then growing up with cory and cody.Ill miss his beautiful smile he had.Thats how im going to remember him. God Bless kel and love you.
