41, of Oakland, died unexpectedly on Saturday, April 20, 2013, at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Autumn graduated from St. Paul's School for Girls, Baltimore Maryland, Amherst College, Magna Cum Laude, Boston University School of Medicine, M.D./Ph.D., Neurology Residency/Chief Resident, Harvard Partners Neurology Program Boston, and Fellowship, Clinical Neurophysiology / Epilepsy / Headache, Brigham and Women's Hospital, Boston. She was recruited in 2011 to the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center as Chief, Division of Women's Neurology and Assistant Professor of Neurology and Obstetrics and Gynecology, UPMC Presbyterian/Magee Women's Hospital. She is survived by her husband, Robert J. Ferrante; and her daughter, Cianna Ferrante of Pittsburgh; stepdaughter, Kimberly Ferrante of San Diego, California; stepson, Michael Ferrante of Boston, Massachusetts; and her mother and father, Lois and William Klein, of Towson, Maryland.
