VIDA CHAD
Age 40, of Etna, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, March 30, 2013. Born February 15, 1973 in Millvale, he was the son of Paul and Michele (Quinlan) Vida Jr. Chad was a true dare devil who loved fishing, riding motorcycles, and boxing. For 20 years, he was the proud owner of Chad Vida Window Cleaning. Above all, Chad's infectious smile will be remembered by those who had the pleasure of knowing and loving him. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sister, Christine Vida; his niece, Zoey Vida; his paternal grandmother, Shirley Vida; his maternal grandmother, Laverne Quinlan; his two aunts, Sandy Krohe and her husband, Frank and Lois Simmons and her husband, Dave; and his two uncles, Patrick Quinlan and Bruce Quinlan and his wife, Charlee. Chad was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Paul Vida Sr. and his wife, Naomi; his maternal grandfather, Michael Quinlan; and his aunt, Amy Quinlan. Chad's family will welcome friends on Friday, April 5, 2013 from 2 p.m. until the time of a Memorial Service at 6 p.m. followed by a meal at Sigmas Conference & Event Center, 1717 Babcock Blvd., Pittsburgh, PA 15209, 412-821-2530 with Pastor Chris Griffin and Pastor Debbie Lynch officiating from the Allison Park Church. Funeral Arrangements were entrusted to the GLENN-KILDOO FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 130 Wisconsin Avenue, Cranberry Township, 724-776-6610. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his honor in support of the Allison Park Church, 2326 Duncan Avenue, Allison Park, PA 15101.
