Quietly on March 10, 2004; beloved father of Charles Powe Jr. of Pgh. and Denise E. Robinson of Gibsonia; step-father of Joan Stromas, William Stromas, Bruce Powe and Leslie Powe; brother of Allen J. Powe, Emma Powe Williams and Shirley Powe Smith; uncle of Jackie Griffin Counts, Sonia Griffin Robertson, Frances Griffin Hawkins, Barbara A. Green, Craig Howard Smith, Stephanie Smith Miles and James Robert Smith; grandfather of Lisa Walker, Fawn Robinson and Darryl Robinson II. Friends may call Sunday 2-6 pm at WHITE MEMORIAL CHAPEL of POINT BREEZE, 7204 Thomas Blvd., at Homewood Ave. Funeral ceremony Monday 11 am in Mt. Ararat Baptist Church, E. Liberty. Interment Homewood Cemetery.
