CURTIS SMITH Obituary
Age 59, of West Mifflin, on February 28, 2012. Beloved husband of Helen (Milton) Smith; loving father of Jamie Leigh (Donald Tezbir) Smith and Jessica Lynn Smith; son of Ruth Smith and the late R. William Smith; brother of J. Robert (late Lucille) Smith, Richard H. (Mary Jane) Smith, Donna J. Fields; also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Visitation at the JEFFERSON MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, INC., 301 Curry Hollow Road, Pleasant Hills on Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., where a Funeral Service will be held on Saturday at 11:00 a.m.

We were so saddened to hear about your loss. Curt spent much time during his high school years at our home, and we always loved having him Years later, I would run into him from time to time, and tell my mom that he is always the same kind and wonderful Curt. We have so many fond and happy memories and will always keep him in our hearts just this way. Our deepest sympathies and God Bless you all.

Though Curt and I lost touch over the decades as our lives grew apart, I have fond memories of my childhood friend, teammate, and a very good young man. My condolences and prayers to his family and friends during this sad time.

Schmidt,
We go way back to our youth. We did the church picnics together with your mom being the 1st one picked for every game we played. There was you, Hawker, Moon, and I cutting out of church for A&B Donuts. We had Football, Basketball and all the other memories for the past 50+ years. Everybody loved "The Schmidt",and we'll miss you!
