Age 69, of Elliott, unexpectedly on Thursday, December 3, 2009. Beloved husband of Lesley (Jourdan) Clark; loving father of Kelli Clark Detwiler (Charles) and Nicole Clark; grandfather of Haylea, Jazmyn, Kendall and Nathanael; also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Elmer was the current President of the West End Elliott Citizens Council. Friends received 1-4 and 6-8pm SUNDAY ONLY at ANTHONY G. STAAB FUNERAL HOME, INC., 900 Chartiers Ave., W. E., Pgh.
