I would like to express my deepest sympathy to the Cobbs family for the loss of their loved one. I had the pleasure of knowing Gliddie for many years, through both DFO and Today's Home. He always made me laugh, and we got along like brother and sister. He had a huge heart, and would do anything for anyone. I will miss him dearly and will think of him often. It is a terrible tragedy...

Such a tragedy - we had a lot of laughs at Today's Home McKnight Road. We always teased him and he gave it right back to all of us - so funny! May he rest in peace.

To the Cobbs family,
I knew Glidie when he played for the Pittsburgh Morningside Bulldogs. My friend and I were "Bulldog groupies" and Glidie was always one of my favorite players. He always greeted my friend and me each evening with a smile and a funny story. He was always so fun to be around and I have never forgotten him. I was deeply saddened when I heard the news last Tuesday of his senseless death. I will always hold Glidie's memory in my heart and I will keep your family in my prayers as you mourn his loss. May God be with you at this difficult time.
With love and sympathy,
