I am glad this came up to remind me. I have great memories of working with Jay at CSR. What an Entrepreneur and creative person he was. He and Don were great guys! When I think of those days it makes me smile. They made coming to work fun.

I was looking forward to touching base with Jay at our upcoming 50th HS class reunion next September. We will all feel his absence! I remember him as a spontaneous, fun-loving and friendly classmate and am glad that I found him just this way at a recent reunion. Reading his obituary filled in so much more, though. Wow, he did so much with his life in a mere 67 years. My condolences to the many family members and friends who have lost someone very special and unique!

Jay wiill really be missed. He had the personality and intelligence to not only survive life, but to thrive. He was an amazing person. He loved all of his "gadgets" and showing them to anyone who was interested. We will always remember the rides on his little tug boat!! What a great toy. We are better for having known him.

I did not know Jay, l had only met him a few times but was grateful for how good he always was to my dad. He would give my dad a ride home, was always looking for ways to help my dad with his problemed eye sight and just all around being kind and patient. My dad would be sitting watching a game on TV and start to smile and then tell us a story Jay had told him and make us all laugh. Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.

Jay was alway happy and was always making sure the people around him were happy too. He was one of the neatest people I have ever known and I am thankful that I had the chance to be his "landlord" or so he called me for so long. We (The docks team) all loved Jonesy. The Docks will never be the same. A big part of It's magic has gone to heaven now.
