Age 82, of Marshall Township, on Wednesday, July 11, 2018 in the company of his family. Beloved and cherished husband and best friend for 57 years of Donna (Pope) Hallos; loving father of Joseph, Jr. (Milene), Jeffrey (Margaret Graves), Gregory, and Jill (Matthew White); loving "Papa" of Hannah Hallos, Hart Hallos, Wickliffe Hallos, and Sydney White; brother of James and Michael Hallos; also survived by loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He held positions as Senior Vice President with A.E. Masten and Legg Mason, Vice President with Commonwealth Securities, and Ross Sinclaire & Associates. Joe loved sports, both as a participant and spectator (especially at his children's and grandchildren's events). He was an all-conference fullback at Woodrow Wilson High School in Youngstown, Ohio and attended Ohio University on a football scholarship. Later in life, he was an avid tennis player and golfer and also coached his children's teams in various sports. Joe was loved dearly by all who knew him and will be deeply missed.
