I always admired and appreciated Judd's wonderful, clever sense of humor and his unfailingly positive disposition. He was a pleasure to be around and I treasure the memories of the time I spent in his good company.

From a very early age, I had heard so many wonderful things about Attorney Poffinberger from my father,Gerald Ziskind, who was a good friend and colleague of his. Judd Poffinberger, Jr. brought the Bar inspiration and tireless dedication, and understood the justice of it all. On behalf of my father, Gerald Ziskind, Esquire, his wife and my mom Norma, and our entire family, I want to express my deepest sympathies to his good family and to K&L. Let the active life he lived and the indellible memories he left be a star that shines down upon all of us. With heart felt sympathies,
Deborah S. Ziskind

I worked for Mr. Poffinberger @ K&L after his long time secretary moved to California. He was a very gracious, kind, knowledgeable & conscientious man. I hope he inspired many a young esquire and others on how to have the highest level of integrity & honor. He left an impression on me on how to conduct oneself in life. My sincere condolences are sent to the family.
