78, formerly of Peters Twp., on Saturday, June 12, 2010 in Country Meadows, South Fayette. Born April 18, 1932 in Queens, NY, the daughter of the late Leonard and Helen Loeb Kleinfeld. Phoebe was a homemaker who previously worked for Teek's Fine Shoes. She was also a member of Beth Israel Synagogue, Washington. Adored wife of Norman Bernstein who died March 25, 2007. Cherished mother of Jesse (Bobbie Lynn) Bernstein of Venetia, Sue (Rick) Gottlieb of O'Hara Twp. and Tami (Dave) Kankoski of Lower Burrell; loving grandmother of Andrew and Jordan Gottlieb, Jakob and Kyle Bernstein and Morgan, Nathanial and Darby Kankoski; deceased are a daughter, Lisa Bernstein and a brother, Leonard Kleinfeld II. All services will be private. Memorial contributions may be directed to the Alzheimer's Disease Research Center, UPMC Montefiore, 4th Floor, Suite 421, 200 Lothrop St., Pittsburgh, 15213-2582.
