Age 48, of O'Hara Twp. on Wednesday, January 30, 2008. Beloved husband of Roberta (Gledhill); stepfather of Michelle and Martin Miller; loving son of Albert "Babe" and Emily (Stephens) Mattheis; brother of Kenneth J. Mattheis (Beth), Mary Ann Kurtz (Bill), Denise Varisco-Sherbak (John) and Dolly Bucek; also survived by nieces and nephews. Friends received FRIDAY 2pm-9pm at WORRELL FUNERAL HOME, INC., Corner of Main and 9th Sts. Sharpsburg. Mass of Christian Burial Saturday 12 noon in St. Mary Church, Sharpsburg.

Dear Bertz, Babe, Emily, Kenny, Bill & family, Our deepest sympathy. So sad, so young and the pain of the loss of a loved one, unbearable. One day at a time and know that you have a support group that reaches as far south as Florida. I am so sorry I can't be there for you but know you folks are in our thoughts and prayers.
