NOVALIS ROBERT M. "BANDANA BOB"|
52, of Pittsburgh, died Tuesday, December 11, 2012. Born September 10, 1960 in Washington, PA, he is the son of Jeanne (Murray) Novalis- Fusco of Monongahela and William C. Novalis. After graduating in 1979 from Trinity High School, he trained in the apprenticeship program to become an iron worker where he continued to work for Local Union #3. In his spare time he enjoyed working on and riding his Harley. Surviving are his wife, Christine Sperling-Novalis; a son, Jason Novalis; a daughter, Ashlea Novalis; two brothers, Eugene Fusco and Will and wife, Lacey Novalis; two sisters, Shari Novalis and Liann and husband, Cole Kummer. He was preceded in death by his stepfather, Rudy Fusco. Friends will be received at the MARSHALL MARRA FUNERAL HOME, 216 Chess Street, Monongahela, 724-258-6767, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday. At the families request burial will be private.
