On Thursday, April 12, 2012, at her home, in the Village of Hampton Fields. She was born September 6, 1921 in Pittsburgh and was the daughter of the late Frederick and Gladys Frisbie. Mrs. Burns was a former Worthy Matron of the Eastern Star and an active member of the Daughters of the American Revolution. She is the wife of the late William L. Lockard and the late George Burns. She is survived by her children and grandchildren, Linda Reinherz (Thomas Pascarella, Melanie Vukich, Melissa Kelly), William Lockard (Harmony Varna, Benjamin Lockard, Allison Charney, Jonathan Lockard, and Emily Lockard), Frederick Lockard (Sean Lockard), Susanna Lisotto (Breanna Lisotto), Anthony Lockard, Edith Barnett (Ian Drexinger), and Colleen Leja (Linda Pagano). Friends will be received Friday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the BOCK FUNERAL HOME, LTD., 1500 Mt. Royal Blvd., Glenshaw, where a Funeral Service will be held on Saturday 10 a.m.
