Beloved husband of 54 years to Irene (Jablonski) Proneker; dearest father of Marcia (Mike) Stepek, Joyce (Mike) Tapler, and Patricia Proneker; grandfather of Michael (Nicole) Stepek, Melissa Stepek, and Robert and Scott Tapler; brother of Irene Prynkiewich and her late husband Frank, and the late Martha and her late husband Edward Brozovich, and the late Helen Salaski; also predeceased by his parents, Robert and Stella (Dlusky) Proneker, Sr.; also surviving are numerous nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the McDERMOTT FUNERAL HOME, INC., 1225 Chartiers Ave., McKees Rocks, Friday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., where a Blessing Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday.
