BONCZEK SHIRLEY MARKER
80, of West Mifflin, died April 30, 2012, at Jefferson Hospital. Born November 14, 1931, in McKeesport, she was the daughter of the late Roy and Mary (Ashton) Eberman, and the wife of Robert Bonczek. Shirley was a 25 year volunteer with West Mifflin Ambulance Service, former MASD bus driver and beautician. She belonged to Lebanon Presbyterian Church in West Mifflin, was a past Christian Servitor and White Oak and Versailles AARP member. Shirley loved boating on the Monongahela River, and traveling with her beloved husband, Bob. In addition to her husband, she is survived by children, Dennis (Joyce) Marker of Port Vue and Janice (Phil) Rogers of Cranberry; Robert's children, Janet (Bill) Ertle of Millsboro, DE and Glenn (Carole) Bonczek of McKeesport; grandchildren, Kevin (Lindsey) Marker, Kelly (Jim) Gable, Jennifer (Ryan) Shenk and Jodi Rogers and fiancée Justin Carter; great-granddaughter, Kyra Marker; sister-in-law, Lois Eberman and nieces. In addition to her parents, Shirley was preceded in death by first husband, James Marker and brother, Raymond Eberman. Family and friends will be received Thursday from 7-9 p.m. and Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at WILLIG FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES. Last leave will be taken at 10:00 a.m. Saturday in the funeral home, and Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. at Lebanon Presbyterian Church. The Reverend Robert Titus will officiate the service. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
