Obituary Condolences

Pauline Rupani, 95, of Asbury Heights in Mt. Lebanon, and formerly of Cloverleaf Estates West in Colliers Twp. and Burgettstown, on Sunday, May 13, 2012, in St. Clair Hospital, Mt. Lebanon. She was born June 15, 1916, a daughter of the late Carlo and Virginia Cattaneo Combi. Her husband of over 50 years, Frank Rupani, whom she married on April 11, 1942, passed away on January 13, 1999. Pauline and Frank raised their family and resided in Burgettstown for more than 50 years. Following Frank's passing, Pauline began a new life and endeared herself to a multitude of friends at Cloverleaf Estates West, at the Villas at Asbury Heights, as well as the staff and volunteers at St. Clair Hospital. She will be remembered by her perpetual smile and quiet demeanor and her wish of "You have a nice day now". She is survived by one son, Frank Rupani and his wife Inelda of CA; one daughter, Marlene Galluze (Gary Lafever) of Robinson Twp; one grandson, C.J. Galluze of North Fayette; and many very special nieces, nephews, and extended family. She is preceded in death in addition to her parents and husband by three brothers, John, Charles, and Anthony Combi; and two sisters Anna Anesetti and Katherine Rizzonelli. Friends will be received on Tuesday from 4-8 p.m. and on Wednesday from 2-6 p.m. in the LEE & MARTIN FUNERAL HOME, 73 Highland Avenue, Burgettstown. Funeral Mass on Thursday, May 17, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. in Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Burgettstown. Interment will follow in Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Asbury Foundation, c/o Asbury Heights, 700 Bower Hill Road, Mt. Lebanon, PA 15243.
