Unexpectedly on Sunday, January 20, 2013, at State College, PA, Stephen E. Lyne, age 19, sweet and kind son of John "Chris" and Susan Lyne of Franklin Park; brother of Jonathan and Geoffrey Lyne; grandson of Kathleen Lyne and the late John Lyne, Inez Hastie and the late Edward Hastie; nephew of Michael and Elizabeth Lyne (and their children, Bridget, John and Isabelle), Mary and Stephen Lyne-Mills (and their children, Patrick, Kate and Jack), Matthew Lyne, Bill and Ahn Hastie (and their son, Richard), Patricia and the late Douglas Wood (and their children, Draper, Taylor and Carson), Ted and Sarah Hastie (and their children, Teddy and Matthew). Friends received Saturday 12 p.m. until 5 p.m. at the LAWRENCE T. MILLER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 460 Lincoln Avenue, Bellevue. A Celebration of Stephen's Life will be held Saturday, 6 p.m. at Rico's Banquet Room, One Rico Lane, Pittsburgh, PA 15237. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Stephen's name to the Mario Lemieux Foundation, 816 Fifth Avenue, Sixth Floor, Pgh., PA 15219, (www.mariolemieux.org.).
