BILLSTONE KELLY (CARSON)|
Age 48, of Plum, on Sunday, July 13, 2014. She was born April 15, 1966, in Penn Hills, the daughter of Dale "Red" and Patricia (DeMauro) Carson of Plum. She is survived by her parents; and her loving husband, Robert; and their two beautiful children, Alex and Samantha. She is also survived by three sisters, Dawn (Michael) Dell of Plum, Kim Carson of Verona and Terri (Ed) Medice of Leechburg, PA; many loving nieces and nephews; and her honorary sister, Lori (Jeff) Vanover Gasparik. She was a 1984 graduate of Penn Hills High School and a 1988 graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Following her marriage in 1992, she and her husband lived in Etters, PA for several years prior to moving back to the Pittsburgh region. While living in central Pennsylvania, she was employed by the Pennsylvania Food Merchants Association in Camp Hill. Kelly was most proud of her children, who she saw grow into strong, confident young adults. Her greatest loves were watching her daughter's softball games and her son's basketball games and spending time with her large extended family to celebrate holidays, birthdays and other special occasions. She was a faithful member of Our Lady of Joy Parish in Plum. She is remembered by family and friends as a caring and generous daughter, wife and mother. Friends will be received 6-8 p.m. Monday and 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at MAURICE L. KNEE, LTD. FUNERAL HOME, 7663 Saltsburg Rd. (across from S & T Bank) Plum, PA 15239. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Wednesday at 10 a.m. in St. Susanna Church, 200 Stotler Rd., Penn Hills, PA 15235. Everyone please gather at the church. Interment will follow in Plum Creek Cemetery.
