KISER N. MARIE (CHRISTIAN)|
Age 100, of Penn Hills, passed away quietly Friday, July 18, 2014, at home. She was born June 29, 1904, in Monroeville, a daughter of the late Joseph and Nettie Swisher Christian. A celebration of her "100th BIRTHDAY" was attended by loving family members at St. Margaret's Hospital Sunday afternoon, June 29, 2014. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul J. Kiser; sons, David Kiser and James Kiser; brothers, Percy and David; sisters, Vera Steinmetz, Mildred Christian, Violet Conti, and Louise Christian. She was a past member of Unity Community Church. A member of the Order of the Eastern Star and a past Worthy Matron. She was a past member of the Logan's Ferry Sportsman's Club. She was an avid hunter and loved to fish. She and her husband, Paul, spent their summer vacations fishing in Canada. Survivors include a daughter, Margaret (Robert) Frank; sons, Charles Kiser, William (Dianne) Kiser, and Paul G. Kiser; also survived by 18 grandchildren and 24 great- grandchildren. Burial will be private. Professional services entrusted to THOMAS M. SMITH FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, LTD., Blawnox.
