MICHAEL MORAN Obituary
Of Shaler Twp., on Monday, January 30, 2012. Mr. Moran was the beloved husband of Mary Jo Kurpiewski Moran; father of Michael J. "Mickey" Moran (his fiancee Alexandra Bejarano) of Amherst, NY; son of Shirley Cuda Moran of Shaler and the late Charles Moran; brother of Sharon Zisk (Shawn) of Oakdale and Charles Moran of Sharon, PA; also survived by nieces and nephews. Celebrate Mr. Moran's life with his family on Saturday from 9 - 10:30 a.m. at the PERMAN FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 923 Saxonburg Blvd. at Rt. 8, Shaler Twp. Mass of Christian Burial at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, Polish Hill on Saturday at 11 a.m. Family suggests donations be made to Jeff Parker Charitable Fund,

so sorry to here of Mike's passing.
He wasa great man who helped so many young children thru sports. The Nelson's are better people having known Mike. The Nelson boys are the wrestlers they are today because of Mike's dedication to them. We will miss you

To the Moran Family: Please except my deepest condolences to you. I knew Mike and his family from years ago when they lived next door to my great grandmother in Millvale and later as Cas & Terri's brother-in-law. Just know that he is in a better place now and without pain. I wish I could tell you that the pain will lessen as the years go by but I lost my husband to cancer almost six years ago and somedays it feel like he just left! I will keep you all in my prayers.
