JAMES J., SR.
Age 86, of Bridgeville, on April 2, 2012. Beloved husband of Ruth S. Gabelhart; loving father of James Jeffrey Gabelhart, Jr., Mark Frederick (Marty) Gabelhart, Elizabeth Ann (Glenn) Kazan, Martha Louise Gabelhart, Scott William (Susan) Gabelhart and Hope Noelle (Kenneth) Nusbaum; 13 grandchildren and one great- grandson. A veteran of WWII, serving in the U.S. Army Air Corps. and a graduate of Waynesburg University. Mr. Gabelhart owned Gabel Pontiac- Cadillac, in Brockton, MA and the Carriage House in Windsor, VT. He also worked as a district manager for Pontiac Motor Division in Boston, MA. A member of Bethany Presbyterian Church, Bridgeville and served as a director of the WWII memorial to be built in Pittsburgh. Jim was a long standing member of the Bridgeville Breakfast Club for WWII veterans and all other veterans. Friends received Monday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., in the WARCHOL FUNERAL HOME, INC., 3060 Washington Pike, Bridgeville, (412-221-3333). A Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, 11 a.m., in Bethany Presbyterian Church (EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH).
