D'ERAMO ATTILIO "ANDY"
80, of Midland, passed away Wednesday, April 4, 2012 at Heritage Valley Beaver. Born February 2, 1932 in Prezza, Italy, he was the son of Francesco and Maria D'Eramo and had been a resident of Midland for over 60 years. He retired from Crucible Steel, Colt Industries, Midland and was a member, and an usher, at St. Blaise Parish, Midland. Andy was also a member of the Midland American Legion, the St. Anthony Club and the Knights of Columbus, Council 2005. Preceding him in death was his wife of nearly 55 years, Elisa D'Eramo in 2008, and three brothers and two sisters. He is survived by a son, Daniel (Amy) D'Eramo of Hopewell; two daughters, Mary Jo Babish of Robinson Twp., Diana (Joseph, Jr.) Camaioni of Williamstown, NJ; five grandchildren, Emily Rose (Robert) Kraft of North Carolina, and Sgt. Andrew D'Eramo, US Army of Doral, FL, Allison Babish of Robinson and her fiancée, Jeffrey Peters, Jessica (William) Fahy of New Jersey, Christina Camaioni of New Jersey; and a great-grandson, Joseph Fahy. Andy was anxiously awaiting the birth of his second great-grandchild due this month. Friends will be received Sunday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. in the SCHWERHA - NOLL FUNERAL HOME, 600 Beaver Ave., Midland. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday at 10:30 a.m. at the St. Blaise Church, Midland by his pastor, Father Michael Yaksick. Entombment will follow at Beaver Cemetery.
