Dear Edwards Family,
I had only met Pastor Bruce once at my Aunt's funeral a little over a month ago. It was such a hard time for our family to lose a loved one. Pastor Bruce was an amazing person to listen to. He filled us with such joy at a time when we thought joy was not possible. He reminded us how lucky all of us were to know Karen. He said it with such enthusiasm it was infectious. If I was able to feel that from him in such a bried encounter, the love and joy you must all share for having him be a part of your life for so long is immeasurable. I know he changed my life. Keep him in your heart, I will in mine. My thoughts are with you and your family.

Dear Edwards family,
I only met Bruce once, recently at my Aunt Karen's funeral. He spoke for her and I thought to myself, he knew her all these years, since High School and it was so loving to hear a freind speak of her so highly. What a nice man. I am so very sorry to hear of your loss. I'm sure he will forever be greatly missed.

I write from Lewisville, Texas, where my wife Karen, son Wade, and I came in 2009. We knew Bruce from all the great work he did at Allison Park Church. A successful businessman, Bruce walked away from the daily grind and devoted many of the last years of his life to his family, his friends, and most of all His God. He and his wife, Patty, helped Karen and I through counseling. He was full of life and full of the Holy Spirit. His love for others and his seemingly unending energy impacted the lives of far too many people to count. He's probably running the poor angels ragged up in Heaven right now. God Bless you, Bruce. Our prayers are with Patty and the family and all of our friends back at APC.

to the family of pastor bruce, a week before his accident i had the oppurtunity to speak to pastor bruce on the telephone. he had called me out of the blue just to see how i was doing. i asked him if he could pray for me and my daughter lexi. he knew that i ve been battling with a heroin addiction and painkiller addiction for 20 years.he also knew my family very well. he always went out of his way to say hi to me,and give me an encouraging kind word. for that i am eternally gratefull. u have made an impact in my life and thousands of others too. your in heaven now.... please put a good word in for me.... i hope to see u soon... chris byczynski

Dear Edwards family,

Please accept my condolences on the passing of Bruce. He was a very special guy. It was a privelege to know him from a very young age playing on the soccer team that he coached and later as a friend and pastor. Bruce was one of the few people I know who had an infectious enthusiasm. He was able to excite and motivate others just because of his spirit. I am sad that he is gone, but rejoice that he is now in the care of our Savior.

With all sympathy,

Amy Baumiller
