GEORGE T.
George T. Koszarsky, 67, formerly of Bridgeville, passed away suddenly on December 28, 2012. After high school graduation, George enlisted in the U.S. Army and was stationed in Thailand. Later he joined the Air Force Reserves. As a master craftsman, George enjoyed building a wide array of things for the kids and was especially proud of his scale replica go-carts. He was also fond of working on cars, playing and coaching soccer, and skydiving. George was on the "Pitt" Crew of the University of Pittsburgh Student Auto Racing Team. Family was important to George; he especially adored his grandchildren. Preceded in death by his father, Anthony P. Koszarsky, Sr. and wife, Eileen Koszarsky. George is survived by his mother, Elma Koszarsky of Bridgeville; three children, Jaeson (Jennifer) Koszarsky of State College, Shane R. (BobbieJean) Koszarsky of Houston, and Jenay D. (Steven) Speer of South Fayette; four grandchildren, Alexandra and Luke Koszarsky and Abigail and Connor Speer; a brother, Anthony P. (Rose) Koszarsky, Jr. of Huntsville, AL; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral arrangements by BEINHAUER -FRYER FUNERAL SERVICE, 412-221-3800. Friends welcome from 6-9 Friday and 2-4 Saturday, with a memorial service beginning at 4:00 p.m., at 430 Washington Ave., Bridgeville, 15017. Interment will be private at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery.
