Obituary Condolences

Age 91, of Mt. Washington, on Wednesday, February 27, 2013. Beloved husband of the late Sundine "Sunny" Noccioli; loving father of Donna (Rick) Erisman, Bill (Mary Jo) DiSanti, and Mary (Jim) Wroniak; grandfather of Jennifer Mours (the late Dennis) Hutton and Nina Wroniak; and special niece Anita Notte; brother of the late Rita Carino, Raymond, and Mary DiSanti; also survived by loving family and friends. Mr. DiSanti was born November 16, 1921 to Alphonse and Julia DiSanti. He in grew up in Bloomfield during the Depression and graduated from Schenley High School on 1939. He joined the Army and served in the 12th General Hospital Unit in North Africa and in Italy during World War II. He had a 30 year career with the US Postal Service. He was an avid reader. In retirement, he began jogging and bowling, took many classes at CCAC, and volunteered at Just-Inn nursing home. He babysat his granddaughter and faithfully cared for his wife during her last years. He was always smiling and enjoyed everyone he met. He loved and was beloved by his family and friends. Friends received at the BRUSCO - FALVO FUNERAL HOME, INC., 214 Virginia Ave., Mt. Funeral Mass in St. Winifred Church on Saturday, 11:30 a.m. Visitations Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Carnegie Library of Pgh. or Baptist Homes Employee Appreciation Fund, 489 Castle Shannon Blvd., Pgh., PA 15234.
