John
I just learned of your mother's death. I don't know if you remember meeting me, but our paths have crossed. I knew your mom during her Masters degree at Pitt and then would see her, albeit rarely, as our paths crossed too. Your mother was a gentle, smart woman, her smile and humor were indelible. Best wishes and sincere sympathy for your loss.

A wonderful friend for many years to our family. Nancy and I had wonderful conversations running the gamut of politics, religion, current events and many other topics - and she was always willing and able to listen to a different side. I will miss our monthly dinners and her wild, unmistakable laugh. Say Hi to Mom for me, Nan.
